Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Cycy’s Bakes, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Ordering

• Orders must be placed at least 3 days before the collection date for cupcakes without toppers, and at least 5 days before for orders with toppers.

• Orders can be cancelled up to 4 days before the collection date for a full refund.

• If you cancel your order less than 3 days before the collection date, only 50% of the total price will be refunded, as preparations would have already started.

2. Collection

• Collection times:

  • Monday to Friday: 9am to 11pm and 5pm to 7pm

  • Saturday: 9am to 12am

• If you need a different collection time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

3. Storage

• Cakes and cupcakes must be stored in the fridge.

• Products should be consumed within 2 hours if left at room temperature, and within 30 minutes for cupcakes.

• Keep all products out of direct sunlight.

• For safe transport, please ensure your cupcakes and cakes are kept on a flat surface during transit.

4. Allergens

• Our products contain or may contain:

  • Gluten

  • Eggs

  • Milk

  • Nuts (including tree nuts and peanuts)

  • Soya

  • Sesame

  • Sulphites / Sulphur Dioxide

  • Internal non-edible supports

  • External non-edible decorations

  • Other allergens

• All products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts (including peanuts and hazelnuts), gluten, dairy, and eggs, and are not suitable for individuals with allergies.

• Other allergens used in our kitchen include milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, shellfish, tree nuts, wheat, and soybeans.

5. Liability

• Cycy’s Bakes is not liable for any adverse reactions to our products. Customers are responsible for checking allergen information before ordering.

• We cannot accept responsibility for the condition of products after collection, including damage due to incorrect transport or storage.
